The Lab Vitality Club provides fitness, wellness, and longevity services designed primarily for adults aged 50 and older. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Personalized fitness training and exercise programming

• Nutrition guidance and wellness coaching
• Pain management and mobility protocols
• Complimentary Vitality Assessments for prospective members

3. Eligibility

Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and older. By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. Our programs are specifically designed for adults 50+ but are available to qualifying adults of all ages upon assessment.

4. Health Disclaimer

By participating in our programs, you acknowledge that:

• Physical exercise involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury
• You are voluntarily participating in fitness activities
• You have disclosed any known medical conditions, injuries, or limitations to our team
• You will immediately inform your mentor of any pain, discomfort, or adverse reactions during any session
• You have obtained (or will obtain) medical clearance from your healthcare provider if recommended

5. Membership and Payment

Membership terms, pricing, payment schedules, and cancellation policies are outlined in your individual Membership Agreement signed at enrollment. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and your Membership Agreement, the Membership Agreement shall prevail regarding membership-specific matters.

6. Free Vitality Assessment

The complimentary Vitality Assessment offered through our website is subject to availability (limited to 5 spots per week). Booking an assessment does not obligate you to purchase a membership. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free assessment offer at any time.

7. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon or restrict others' use of the site. You may not:

• Use the website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the site
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
